Signature Reception Selections Luxury Hors d’Oeuvres Starting at $6–$8 per piece Crafted for elegant service — either passed or styled on curated displays — our selections include premium seafood, chef-driven canapés, and refined Cajun-infused small plates designed for elevated palates. Premium Enhancements Herb-Crusted Lamb Lollipops $7 per chop Premium cut lamb, expertly seasoned and prepared for an indulgent reception experience. Artisan Charcuterie Presentation $8–$12 per guest A curated display of imported cheeses, specialty cured meats, seasonal accompaniments, house-made elements, and refined garnishes. Minimum Investment & Guest Requirements To maintain the integrity, staffing standards, and premium sourcing associated with our brand, the following minimums apply: Minimum 100-piece order per hors d’oeuvre selection Minimum event investment of $750 + our chef for every reception-style service For staffed wine tastings or corporate receptions exceeding 40 guests, a service fee may apply based on staffing needs. These standards ensure proper production flow, elegant presentation, and seamless execution. The Grand Reception Collection For clients seeking a fully curated culinary reception experience: Starting at $35–$55 per guest Includes: Four luxury hors d’oeuvre selections Optional Lamb Lollipops or Premium Seafood Feature Artisan Charcuterie Display Professional on-site setup and presentation styling Designed for executive wine tastings, corporate appreciation events, luxury brand activations, and high-end social gatherings. Every reception is approached with precision, discretion, and elevated hospitality — ensuring your guests experience the sophistication, warmth, and bold culinary identity that define Chef Dnoir Cajun Cuisine.


Cancellation Policy

At Chef Dnoir Cajun Cuisine, each event is intentionally curated and reserved exclusively for our clientele. In securing your date, our team commits dedicated time, premium sourcing, and detailed planning to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. Please note that the Chef’s Fee is strictly non-refundable. This fee secures your date and compensates for consultation, menu development, staffing coordination, and event preparation. For events hosting 50 guests or more, a larger initial deposit is required at the time of booking. Due to the scale of production, staffing commitments, and advance ingredient procurement, this enhanced deposit secures the necessary resources to execute your event at the highest standard. The remaining balance will be due as outlined in your service agreement. In the event of cancellation, all deposits and retainers are non-refundable. However, at the sole discretion of Chef Dnoir Cajun Cuisine, a date transfer may be considered if requested in writing and subject to availability. We value our clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our team will always work diligently to provide solutions where possible while maintaining the integrity of our booking commitments.
