Cancellation Policy
At Chef Dnoir Cajun Cuisine, each event is intentionally curated and reserved exclusively for our clientele. In securing your date, our team commits dedicated time, premium sourcing, and detailed planning to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. Please note that the Chef’s Fee is strictly non-refundable. This fee secures your date and compensates for consultation, menu development, staffing coordination, and event preparation. For events hosting 50 guests or more, a larger initial deposit is required at the time of booking. Due to the scale of production, staffing commitments, and advance ingredient procurement, this enhanced deposit secures the necessary resources to execute your event at the highest standard. The remaining balance will be due as outlined in your service agreement. In the event of cancellation, all deposits and retainers are non-refundable. However, at the sole discretion of Chef Dnoir Cajun Cuisine, a date transfer may be considered if requested in writing and subject to availability. We value our clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our team will always work diligently to provide solutions where possible while maintaining the integrity of our booking commitments.
