The Elevated Cajun Collection $60–$100 per guest A refined interpretation of Cajun cuisine featuring premium proteins, enhanced presentation, and chef-driven detail. This tier incorporates elevated seafood selections, prime meats, seasonal enhancements, and upgraded sides — curated for clients seeking sophistication while preserving authentic Louisiana flavor. Designed for executive hosting, private estate gatherings, and milestone celebrations. The Grand Luxe Cajun Experience Starting at $85–$100 per guest Our most distinguished buffet-style package, curated for clients who desire both abundance and elevated presentation. This experience includes: Two Passed or Displayed Hors d’Oeuvres Two Premium Proteins Three Chef-Curated Sides One Signature Salad One Refined Dessert Selection Menus are customized and may feature luxury ingredients such as prime beef cuts, premium seafood, specialty sauces, and seasonal enhancements. Presentation is elevated, cohesive, and designed to impress. This package is ideal for upscale celebrations, corporate hosting, weddings, and private events where both culinary impact and guest experience are paramount. Investment & Customization Final pricing is influenced by: Guest count Protein selections and upgrades Service level (drop-off, staffed buffet, hybrid service) Venue logistics and staffing needs Also included: On-site chef coordination buffet styling with elegant chaffing Every experience includes curated menu consultation, professional preparation, and execution aligned with the Chef Dnoir standard of excellence.


Cancellation Policy

At Chef Dnoir Cajun Cuisine, each event is intentionally curated and reserved exclusively for our clientele. In securing your date, our team commits dedicated time, premium sourcing, and detailed planning to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. Please note that the Chef’s Fee is strictly non-refundable. This fee secures your date and compensates for consultation, menu development, staffing coordination, and event preparation. For events hosting 50 guests or more, a larger initial deposit is required at the time of booking. Due to the scale of production, staffing commitments, and advance ingredient procurement, this enhanced deposit secures the necessary resources to execute your event at the highest standard. The remaining balance will be due as outlined in your service agreement. In the event of cancellation, all deposits and retainers are non-refundable. However, at the sole discretion of Chef Dnoir Cajun Cuisine, a date transfer may be considered if requested in writing and subject to availability. We value our clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our team will always work diligently to provide solutions where possible while maintaining the integrity of our booking commitments.
